The United Nations peacekeeping force in Lebanon (UNIFIL) expressed alarm on Thursday over the “continuing destruction” of infrastructure in southern Lebanon despite Israel’s late November ceasefire with Hezbollah, and called for a ” timely withdrawal” of Israeli troops.
