DBS Bank Tops The main companies of LinkedIn’s 2025 on the Singapore list.

The technology, banking and consulting industries dominated 2025 The best companies in Singapore List published this month, which classifies the best workplaces for professional growth in the city-state.
The giant of the networks tracked and evaluated companies based on eight key pillars: ability to move forward, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, educational history and presence of employees in the country, according to the report.
Notably, DBS Bank led for the third consecutive year. Biotechnology, Medical Care and Life Sciences also appeared prominently on the list, with Roche land fifth in rank, followed by Novartis and MSD (Also known as Merck & Co., INC in the United States and Canada), both join the top 15 for the first time.
