Our team is continually impressed by our LSF community. All of the women in this community worked hard and we are so proud of each and every one of you! You all finished this 6 week challenge strong and your transformations, inside and out, were AMAZING!

Kim’s story:

“When I started Summer Shape Up I wasn’t in a good place because I had stopped exercising and wasn’t eating healthy. I’ve done a lot of LSF challenges in the past, but I had stopped exercising for a while and wasn’t feeling better mentally or physically.”

“When I saw that Summer Shape up was starting, I decided that I was going to start over and do a new healthy routine with exercise and healthy eating. The first week of SSU was the hardest because I had to do a new routine, but once I I finished After the first week it became easier thanks to the Move application, Hot Body Meal Planand to the amazing LSF community to help keep me motivated. Now I exercise every morning and that has changed my mental health a lot. “I struggle with anxiety and exercising helps me a lot.”

“I’ve come so far and I’ve made healthier choices every day. I’m making progress every week, which is all that matters to me. I lost 7 pounds in this challenge, but I also had a non-stop victory because my clothes that I once wore “It was tight, it barely fits me.” I have gone from size medium to small. My biggest victory is that I feel better not only physically but mentally. Teamlsf because I know they are the ones who help me keep going during and after challenges.”

Morgan’s History:

I still struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle when my home routine is disrupted. This year was really eye-opening for me. I weighed myself in June after our trips and I have never been higher on the scale. “In general I was tired and slow.”

“The last 6 weeks have helped me realize that I can do a lot more than I think I’m capable of. I’m sad that the challenge is over, but I still plan to sign up and do the app workouts in the future. The support of LSF Team and the community is unlike anything you’ve ever received at a gym, exercise class, or online platform. Very proud of all the girls in the challenge. These girls inspired me every day to show up for myself. “I love that we’re like a little online family.”

Jessie History:

“This was the first time I did any kind of sweaty exercise/fitness challenge. I joined the MOVE application a week before the challenge and I was impressed by how difficult but fun the workouts were. I had also bought the hot body nutrition plan and the 14 days (get in shape) It’s been a long time, like years, and I’ve never followed them. But I decided to do it this time and I was surprised at how easy it was to follow the meal plan. I love how you offer easy carb and fat swaps and how realistic the meal plan is. “I can still prepare food with my husband at night, but I can also meet my goals.”

“I joined target gang About halfway through the challenge and I feel like that’s really what catapulted me a little bit more into the community. The girls there are very motivating. It’s also very comforting to see you. katieinteracting with us and giving Lil tidbits along the way. I love the motivation and going deeper than just the workouts and meal plan. “I think that’s really what sets your program apart from all the other fitness programs I’ve been involved in over the years.”

“I feel like for the first time in two years since giving birth to my son, I have found a way to make time for myself, get my body back, get my mental clarity back, and actually have fun taking care of myself again. Honestly, I didn’t know if I would ever I would lose the baby weight and the postpartum weight I had gained over the three years without taking good care of myself, but when I started exercising and following the nutrition plan, the weight started coming off effortlessly. That’s it. what changes the rules of the game: The meals make sense from a nutritional standpoint, but they are also very satisfying and I never felt deprived. I feel like my eyes have been opened to a whole new way of life, as silly as it sounds. And I know that by taking care of myself. and feeling good about myself, I’m also pouring that energy into my family. I feel like a better mother, I feel like a better wife and I feel motivated in all areas of my life now.”

Our Pink Heart Award goes to a member of the #teamLSF Community Who not only remained dedicated to her own fitness journey, but was also extremely encouraging of her #teamlsf teammates! In each challenge we ask members to feature people who motivated them and were a source of positivity and encouragement throughout the challenge.

“Not only am I struggling with anxiety from being tired and long distance, but also from being a single mother physically right now. Without the help of lsf teamI might have stopped exercising.”

“Although I didn’t lose many pounds in this challenge, I gained strength, muscle, and the ability to eat well and exercise through difficult challenges. I lost about 3 pounds. I learned how to eat properly without restricting the foods I love to eat and without giving up my sweet tooth, I learned that patience is the key and not comparing myself to anyone who I think could look better than me or comparing myself to my old body.

“This challenge has taught me that it is okay to modify things when they get difficult, but always remember the “why” I do it so as not to give up and get out of the routine. I wouldn’t say that I lost my love handles like I wanted, but I gained muscle in my glutes and toned my arms… which was one of my other goals that I had had for over 2 years.

“I used the LSF 14 days fit and HBMP while doing this challenge. I even took my meal plans with me on vacation up north. I wanted to follow an eating plan that would satisfy my hunger while keeping my goals intact. During this challenge, I discovered my love for wing woman and now I can’t stop drinking it every day. Not only has it helped my immune system, but it’s my favorite morning drink and I can’t go a day without it.”

We received SO many amazing submissions for this challenge that it was almost impossible to simply highlight our grand prize winner, finalists, and Pink Heart recipient. We wanted to highlight these amazing members who also had crazy transformations and heartwarming stories!
