The Arsenal saw the Premier League title a little more out of view on Saturday night, with Brentford leaving Emirates Stadium with a point after a 1-1 draw.
None of the parties made masses of opportunities, but Thomas Party gave Arsenal the lead with his first attempt of the second half about an hour.
But the Gunners could not build on that and they could not really have many complaints when Ine Wissa canceled that strike with its own improvised ending in the 74th minute.
How the game was developed
It was a slow beginning of both teams in terms of creativity. Brentford quickly settled in a good rhythm and Arsenal did not do much to try them, with frustrated threats when Ethan Nwaneri had a blocked attempt and the header from party through the goal did not go to nothing.

Brentford let a promising opportunity to beg with his own escape, seeing frustrating the attempt of Cruz de Bryan Mbeumo easily cut. But they obtained a second bite in the cherry from the resulting corner, recycling the ball after an initial free space and Wissa managed to connect it to the net on the turn when a cross returned to the box.

Wissa arrived for only £ 8.5 million that summer and has proven to be an excellent servant.
