Ukraine says it killed top Russian general

Ukraine claims responsibility for the assassination of a top Russian general in Moscow. Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, who oversaw Russia’s chemical weapons unit, was killed when a bomb hidden in a scooter exploded as he left an apartment building in Moscow. Haley Ott reports.
