The members of the Zizians have been accused or appointed as people of interest in relation to six deaths throughout the country, including the stabbing of an 82 -year -old owner in January, the shooting of a US border patrol agent.
Leatham and Suri Dao face the murder positions after a rental dispute with the owner Curtis Lind who ended with the Zizian follower Emma Borhanian was fatally murdered by Lind in self -defense. Lind was injured by a samurai sword during the altercation.

Lind managed to shoot two of his alleged attackers, killing one of them, Borhanian. Prosecutors concluded that the owner acted in self -defense.
“After they attacked him, he took out his gun and shot two, killed one of them,” McMillan told The Chronicle. “The other had three shots in the chest.”
The owner was seriously injured after the group attacked him with a samurai sword. McMillan told Ktvu that he had the sword “trapped on his back with approximately one foot protruding in front.”
Lind survived the initial attack, but was then stabbed to death in a second attack on January 17, 2025. Maximilian Snyder, 22, another “Ziz” member, was arrested and accused of his murder, according to the judicial records obtained by Fox 13 Seattle.
